What is the Data Career Development Program?

The Data Career Development Program is a 12-month data training course built specifically for working professionals in data-related roles. It’s designed to fit into your current schedule without putting your career on pause.

Here’s the rhythm:

Every quarter, you’ll step away from your day-to-day for 40 hours of in-person training at GA’s classrooms located at BIBF. And in between? You’ll work on independent projects, supported by one-to-one coaching and live feedback from instructors.

By the end of the year, you’ll have sharpened your skills in real-world contexts and gained technical fluency in tools like Python, SQL, data modeling, and machine learning. You’ll also become stronger at data storytelling, presenting insights with clarity, and understanding how to turn raw numbers into real decision-drivers. It’s about building the kind of confidence and clarity that gets noticed and moves you up in your career.

Why data—and why now?

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, data-related roles are among the top 10 fastest-growing jobs globally. Across the GCC, the demand is skyrocketing, with the data analytics market in the Gulf projected to grow 10x over the next decade.

You’ll work with tools like Python, SQL, Git, and APIs. You’ll study real-world business problems and learn how to build models that make sense of them.

You’ll even explore the world of neural networks, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs), the technology behind modern innovations in AI and automation. By the end, you’ll know how to apply everything you’ve learned in business contexts, share insights confidently, and solve problems that matter.
